Terms of Sale

1. Who sells. Games on this site are sold by Superbits LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as Console Labs ("we"). Our payment partner may act as the reseller of record. Its buyer terms then also apply to your purchase.
2. What you buy. You buy a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game. We deliver it as a download (for example a Playdate .pdx file) or a store key. You own the copy, not the game, its code, art or music.
3. Prices and tax. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it.
4. Delivery. You get a download link or key by email right after payment. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, email [email protected].
5. Refunds. See the Refund Policy.
6. Fair use. Do not resell, share or upload the game files, or remove copyright notices.
7. No warranty. Games are provided "as is". We fix bugs where we can, but we do not promise the game runs on every device or firmware version.
8. Liability. Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.
9. Law. These terms follow the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Consumer rights that your own country gives you still apply.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
