  1. Who we are. Superbits LLC, trading as Console Labs. Contact: [email protected].
  2. What we collect. Your email address and purchase record when you buy, and anything you write when you email us. Card details go straight to our payment partner. We never see or store them.
  3. Why. To deliver your game, handle refunds and support, and meet tax and accounting law.
  4. Who else processes it. Our payment partner (Stripe), our web host (Cloudflare), and our email forwarding service. Each one processes data only to provide its service.
  5. How long. Purchase records are kept for 7 years for tax law. Support emails are kept for 2 years.
  6. Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion where the law allows. Email [email protected] and we answer within 30 days.
  7. Cookies. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not run advertising trackers.
  8. Children. The site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
